Job summary

Blue Signal Search represents a client, an emerging scientific AI company building proprietary data, evaluation, and training capabilities for demanding AI research applications. This role leads strategic partnerships with frontier AI organizations, translating technical capabilities into commercial programs.

You will own a portfolio of high-potential accounts, open doors with model developers and infrastructure firms, shape partnership strategies, and structure pilots and long-term agreements,

Qualifications

• Proven success selling into frontier AI organizations.
• Able to reach research-level contacts at major AI organizations within the first 30 days.
• Experience selling scientific or expert datasets, evaluations, training environments, or model access.

Responsibilities

• Own a concentrated portfolio of strategic AI accounts and build executive relationships.
• Open doors with model developers and infrastructure companies to secure discovery meetings, pilots, and long-term agreements.
• Shape partnership strategies for datasets, evaluations, training environments, content, and model access.
• Translate scientific capabilities into clear commercial value for research and leadership stakeholders.
• Structure pilots and commercial agreements with clear success criteria and pricing logic.
• Lead negotiations involving data rights, exclusivity, and field-of-use provisions to protect IP.
