Job summary

Blue Signal LLC seeks a Director of Strategic Partnerships to translate advanced scientific AI capabilities into strategic commercial programs. You will own a focused portfolio of high-priority AI accounts and build executive and research relationships that connect our scientific data, evaluation, training environments, and model-related services to organizations shaping frontier AI.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling into frontier AI organizations.
• Experience commercializing scientific or expert datasets, evaluations, training environments, or related AI research services.
• Familiarity with scientific simulation and data generation challenges.
• Understanding of modern model improvement and evaluation workflows.
• Experience negotiating sophisticated data and technology agreements addressing ownership, exclusivity, permitted use, and field-of-use provisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnership strategies for scientific datasets, model evaluations, training environments, expert-generated content, and controlled model access.
• Structure pilot programs and commercial agreements with clear success criteria, expansion paths, and account plans.
