Job summary

Creative Dining Services is seeking a Director of New Partnerships for Corporate Dining to drive growth by identifying and securing strategic corporate dining clients. You will build customized hospitality solutions, tailor proposals, and manage end-to-end business development from outreach to contract execution.

Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, you will work across operations, finance, marketing, and executive leadership to develop winning strategies and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of sales or business development experience in hospitality management, contract services, food service, or related industry.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales quotas and targets.
• Experience in B2B sales, prospecting, relationship development, and closing deals.
• Ability to engage with executive leadership and other key decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel overnight 1–3 nights per week.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and achieve revenue, sales and profit margin goals.
• Identify, research, and pursue prospective corporate dining clients.
• Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects and manage CRM records.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and win new client partnerships.
• Collaborate with teams across operations, finance, marketing, and leadership.
