Job description

Seasoned legal sales industry professional with extensive experience in driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and consistently exceeding sales targets. Strong background in consultative selling, client relationship management, and strategic planning. Known for delivering measurable results through market insight, persuasive communication, and a customer-focused approach. Seeking a role where proven sales expertise, resilience, and business development skills can contribute to the organization’s continued success.

Position Location: Texas, Remote

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing approach to secure new and additional business for Compass.
  2. Leverage and maintain relationships with key leaders in the legal community.
  3. Outreach to current contacts and new prospective clients through various channels to generate profitable business for Compass.
  4. Attend and promote Compass at trial lawyer events and seminars.
  5. Manage all leads independently using Salesforce to qualify prospects and guide them through the sales process.
  6. Maintain sales data acquired through efforts using Salesforce.
  7. Educate attorneys on the value of Compass’s services to drive case referrals.
  8. Meet or exceed all sales goals set by the Leadership Team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales techniques, including cold calling, lead generation, and office visits.
  • Over 5 years’ experience providing excellent customer service.
  • Proven ability to source new clients.
  • 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • 5-10+ years’ experience in legal services sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to use Excel filters and mail merge functions; capable of independently creating presentation content and slides for clients.
  • Strong communication, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% based on business needs.
