Manager of Strategic Partnerships – GMR Membership

Location: Remote - (Candidates must reside in Nevada, Arizona, or Colorado.)

Territory includes the following states: AZ, CA, CO, NV, AK, HI, ID, IA, MN, MT, NE, NM, ND, OR, SD, UT, WY.

The Manager of Strategic Partnerships acts as a membership liaison to municipal site plans, insurance brokers, and select health systems. The role involves collaborating with leadership to develop RFPs for air and ground membership offerings, ensuring excellent customer relations, and identifying new business opportunities.

AirMedCare Network (AMCN), part of Global Medical Response (GMR), is the largest medical transportation provider in the world, offering emergency and patient relocation services, including unique membership programs like emergent air, Fly-U-Home, and ground ambulance.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with senior leadership to develop membership solutions supporting GMR’s growth.
2. Establish and maintain broker relationships.
3. Collaborate with operational teams to prepare RFPs for municipalities and other clients.
4. Quote and propose municipal site plans, with approval from the National Director of Field Sales.
5. Renew municipal site plans through communication with municipal leaders.
6. Build relationships within health systems to promote services and identify new opportunities.
7. Coordinate with operations and sales teams to develop strategic B2B accounts.
8. Gather competitive intelligence and understand market competition.
9. Maintain a professional approach to creating value and building confidence in AMCN services.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or higher preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required. Related experience considered.
• At least 3 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Travel requirement: 50-65%.
