Position Summary: Seasoned legal sales professional with extensive experience in revenue growth, key account management, and exceeding sales targets. Looking to contribute proven sales expertise and resilience to a dynamic organization.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to secure new business for Compass.
  • Maintain and leverage relationships with key legal industry leaders.
  • Proactively outreach to current contacts and new prospects via various channels, generating profitable business.
  • Attend and promote Compass at legal events and seminars.
  • Manage leads and sales data using Salesforce, guiding prospects through the sales process.
  • Educate attorneys on the value of Compass’ services to promote case referrals.
  • Achieve or surpass all sales targets set by leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in B2B sales, including cold calling, lead generation, and client visits.
  • Over 5 years providing excellent customer service.
  • Proven ability to source new clients.
  • 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • 5-10+ years in legal sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to use Excel filters, mail merge, and independently create client presentations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
