Manager of Strategic Partnerships – GMR Membership

Location: Remote - (Candidates must reside in Nevada, Arizona, or Colorado.)

Territory includes the following states: AZ, CA, CO, NV, AK, HI, ID, IA, MN, MT, NE, NM, ND, OR, SD, UT, WY.

The Manager of Strategic Partnerships acts as a membership liaison for municipal site plans, insurance brokers, and select health systems. They collaborate with leadership to develop RFPs for air and ground membership offerings, ensure excellent customer relations, and identify new business opportunities.

AirMedCare Network (AMCN), part of Global Medical Response (GMR), is the largest medical transportation provider in the world, offering emergency and patient relocation services, including unique membership programs such as emergent air, Fly-U-Home, and ground ambulance.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with senior leadership to develop and support membership solutions aligned with GMR growth.
2. Establish and maintain broker relationships.
3. Contribute data for RFPs for municipalities and potential clients.
4. Quote and propose municipal site plans, with approval from the National Director of Field Sales.
5. Renew existing municipal plans through communication with municipal leaders.
6. Build relationships within health systems to promote memberships and identify new opportunities.
7. Collaborate with operations and sales teams to develop strategic B2B accounts.
8. Gather market intelligence on competitors in the operating area.
9. Demonstrate professionalism to create value and confidence in AMCN services.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or higher preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required. Related experience considered.
• At least 3 years outside sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel 50-65%.
