Job summary

LifeWorks in Austin seeks a Development Systems & Engagement Manager to lead CRM-based fundraising operations and data-driven donor engagement. You will oversee Neon CRM, gift processing, dashboards, and cross-functional workflows to support Strategic Partnerships and Finance.

The role requires strong attention to detail, analytics, people management, and project execution skills, reporting to the Chief Mission Officer. This is a full-time, exempt position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of data or project management experience.
• Experience in a nonprofit environment preferred.
• Proven success managing CRM systems to support fundraising and donor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Administers and maintains Neon CRM and donor data.
• Manages CRM upgrades, permissions, data standards, imports and staff training.
• Oversees gift processing and accurate coding of contributions.
• Coordinates in-kind gift documentation and acknowledgments.
• Generates donor acknowledgments and maintains pledge records.
• Leads reconciliation with Finance and supports revenue reporting.
• Develops dashboards and reports tracking fundraising revenue and KPIs.
• Collaborates with Finance and Marketing for data integrity.
