Job summary

InsureMyTrip, the nation’s original travel insurance comparison site, is seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Communications Lead to drive growth through partnerships, affiliate programs, and media relations. You will craft data-driven storytelling and engage partners to expand brand reach.

The role focuses on developing partnership opportunities, content strategy, SEO-aligned marketing, and AI-assisted workflows, with a hybrid schedule and opportunities to shape industry voice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in partnerships, PR, affiliate marketing, content marketing, communications, or related.
• Experience supporting earned media initiatives and building relationships with media contacts.
• Experience recruiting, managing, or growing affiliate, referral, partner, or business development programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and insights to help inform marketing, communications, and partnership strategies.
• Working knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms, SEO best practices, content marketing, and digital analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and manage affiliate, referral, and partner relationships.
• Develop new partnership opportunities to expand reach.
• Plan and execute affiliate communications and campaigns.
• Support media relations through press outreach and story development.
• Coordinate data-driven content like research, surveys, and trend reports.
• Create website and marketing content to support SEO and acquisition.
• Monitor industry trends and translate findings for media and customers.
• Track performance of affiliate partnerships and media coverage.
• Grow InsureMyTrip's LinkedIn presence and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing and partnerships.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content, research, outreach, reporting.
