Job summary

InsureMyTrip, the nation’s original travel insurance comparison site, is seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Communications Lead to drive growth, cultivate partners, and elevate brand visibility through media relations, data‑driven storytelling, content development, and partner engagement.

This role leads affiliate and partnership strategies to increase awareness, customer acquisition and revenue, while strengthening industry relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in partnerships, public relations, affiliate marketing, content marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience supporting earned media initiatives and building relationships with media contacts.
• Experience recruiting, managing, or growing affiliate, referral, partner, or business development programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong editing, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and insights to inform marketing, communications, and partnership strategies.
• Working knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms, SEO, content marketing, and digital analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage affiliate, referral, and partner relationships to grow business.
• Develop new partnership opportunities to extend reach and strengthen relationships.
• Plan and execute affiliate communications and campaigns to drive engagement.
• Support media relations through press outreach and story development.
• Coordinate original research, surveys, rankings, and data-driven content.
• Develop website and marketing content to support SEO and customer acquisition.
• Monitor travel trends and translate findings into content for media and customers.
• Track performance of partnerships, media coverage, and content metrics.
• Grow InsureMyTrip's LinkedIn presence and engage industry audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing and partnerships.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content, research, outreach, and reporting.
