A leading company in fintech is seeking a Partnerships Associate to join its rapidly-growing team. The ideal candidate will manage partnerships, drive strategic initiatives, and optimize performance in a collaborative environment, leveraging their expertise to build sustainable relationships across the fintech ecosystem.
Since 2017, Flourish has been on a mission to help financial advisors evolve from holistic advice to holistic implementation to more fully serve their clients and achieve better outcomes. We focus on independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), delivering financial products that advisors can’t easily access today through beautiful, scalable, and easy-to-use technology.
Today, we work with over 900 RIAs that collectively represent more than $1.6T in assets under management across two products — Flourish Annuities and Flourish Cash — and with our recent acquisition of Sora Finance, we’ll be adding a lending offering in 2026. You’re a strategic operator and relationship builder who excels at owning complex initiatives from idea to execution. You thrive at the intersection of market analysis, cross-functional execution, and external partner management. You’ll successfully manage strategic partnerships, lead sourcing and diligence efforts, and are confident navigating negotiations, onboarding, and long-term partner engagement.
Analytical and organized, you’re comfortable building financial models, evaluating market landscapes, and distilling insights into actionable strategies. You enjoy thinking several steps ahead, structuring ambiguous problems, and driving measurable outcomes. Whether designing scalable partnership programs or preparing executive-level presentations, you bring rigor, clarity, and follow-through.
As a self-starter and collaborator, you communicate with influence, operate with urgency, and know how to drive alignment across stakeholders. You’re excited by the opportunity to shape a growing partnerships function and work across fintech, banking, and WealthTech ecosystems.
As the first Partnerships Associate on the team, you’ll report into the Head of Strategic Partnerships and play a critical role in scaling our bank and technology partner ecosystem. You’ll manage key partner relationships end-to-end, source and onboard new partners, and drive initiatives that unlock new distribution channels and revenue opportunities. You’ll lead market segmentation and analysis, develop models, and drive partnership strategy based on your research and analysis. This is a highly cross-functional role — you’ll collaborate with Legal, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Product to bring partnerships to life and ensure they operate smoothly. You’ll work with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to manage strategic sourcing, quantitative and qualitative business case development, go-to-market execution, and ongoing performance management. You’ll help build a proactive, scalable, and high-impact partnerships function that supports Flourish’s next phase of growth.
Base Salary Range: $99,800 - $131,000 plus bonus
