Role Overview

As a Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will identify and develop new strategic partnerships within the payroll, payments, and ISV ecosystems (e.g., CPAs, Financial Institutions, Brokers). You will manage negotiations for partner agreements, maintain knowledge of current and future products to assess partnership opportunities, build relationships, assist in deployment, and foster growth across teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in prospecting and managing a healthy pipeline of potential partners.

Responsibilities
  1. Meet and exceed sales targets and call quotas.
  2. Represent the company at trade shows.
  3. Conduct C-level presentations.
  4. Proficiently develop contract strategies, and understand finance and legal considerations.
  5. Maintain records of partner interactions and process new partner accounts.
  6. Update and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
  7. Build and sustain relationships with internal and external partners.
  8. Gain a thorough understanding of product solutions and demonstrate them within 60 days of hire.
  9. Participate in training and educational activities to meet departmental goals.
  10. Practice safety and health regulations (e.g., OSHA).
  11. Adhere to privacy and confidentiality policies (e.g., HIPAA).
  12. Perform additional projects and duties as assigned.
