Job summary

InsureMyTrip is seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Communications Lead to drive growth, cultivate partnerships, and elevate brand visibility through media relations, data-driven storytelling, content development, and partner engagement initiatives.

This role leads partnership, affiliate, and communications strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and revenue growth, while strengthening industry relationships and establishing InsureMyTrip as a trusted authority in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in partnerships, PR, affiliate marketing, content marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience supporting earned media initiatives and building media relationships.
• Experience recruiting, managing, or growing affiliate, referral, partner, or business development programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, editing, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and insights to inform marketing, communications, and partnership strategies.
• Working knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms, SEO best practices, content marketing, and digital analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and manage affiliate, referral, and strategic partner relationships that support growth and brand awareness.
• Develop new partnership opportunities that expand reach and strengthen relationships.
• Plan and execute affiliate communications and promotional campaigns to drive partner engagement.
• Support media relations through press outreach, story development, and journalist relationships.
• Create and promote data-driven content to generate media coverage and enhance brand recognition.
• Develop website, educational, and marketing content to support SEO and customer acquisition.
• Monitor industry trends and translate findings into content for media, partners, and customers.
• Track performance of affiliate partnerships, media coverage, and content engagement.
• Grow InsureMyTrip's LinkedIn presence with engaging content and partner initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing, partnerships, and business goals.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, research, media outreach, and reporting.
