Job summary

InsureMyTrip is seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Communications Lead to drive growth by developing affiliate networks, cultivating strategic partnerships, and elevating brand visibility through data-driven storytelling and media outreach.

You will lead partnership strategies, manage networks, and create content to support customer acquisition and revenue growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in partnerships, PR, affiliate marketing, content marketing, or related field.
• Experience supporting earned media initiatives and building media relationships.
• Experience recruiting, managing, or growing affiliate or partner programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong editing and relationship-building.
• Ability to analyze data to inform marketing, communications, and partnership strategies.
• Knowledge of affiliate platforms, SEO best practices, content marketing, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and manage affiliate, referral, and strategic partner relationships.
• Plan and execute affiliate communications and campaigns to drive engagement.
• Support media relations through press outreach and storytelling.
• Coordinate original research, surveys, and travel trend reports for media coverage.
• Develop website, educational, and marketing content to support SEO and acquisition.
• Monitor industry trends and translate findings into content for media and partners.
• Track performance of partnerships and media coverage to identify opportunities.
• Manage InsureMyTrip's LinkedIn presence and partner communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance content creation and workflows.
