Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in partnerships, public relations, affiliate marketing, content marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience supporting earned media initiatives and building relationships with media contacts.
• Experience recruiting, managing, or growing affiliate, referral, partner, or business development programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editing and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and insights to inform marketing, communications, and partnership strategies.
• Working knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms, SEO best practices, content marketing, and digital analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, develop, and manage affiliate, referral, and strategic partner relationships that support growth and brand awareness.
• Develop new partnership opportunities to expand reach and strengthen relationships.
• Plan and execute affiliate communications and promotional campaigns to drive partner engagement.
• Support media relations through press outreach, story development, and journalist relations.
• Coordinate original research, surveys, rankings, travel trend reports to generate media coverage.
• Create website, educational, and marketing content to support SEO and customer acquisition.
• Monitor travel trends and translate findings into content for media, partners, and customers.
• Track performance of affiliate partnerships, media coverage, and content engagement.
