First Connect Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to own and grow key carrier and MGA relationships, driving new business premium across our agency base by strengthening partnerships and improving adoption.

In a fast-paced, startup environment you will shape how partnerships operate, gain autonomy, and apply your industry knowledge to deliver measurable impact while collaborating with Product, Operations, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the insurance industry (carrier, MGA, insurtech, distribution, or agency experience).
• Experience in national accounts, key account management, or partnership management preferred.
• Thrives in an early-stage, startup-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Confident on camera and comfortable leading Zoom meetings daily.
• Excellent communicator who builds relationships, presents, and drives conversations.
• Creative problem-solver who builds processes and brings new ideas forward.
• Tenacious, organized, and strong at time management.
• Data-driven — able to interpret performance metrics and drive actionable insights.
• Comfortable owning high-impact relationships and influencing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of carrier and MGA partnerships.
• Build and execute strategies to increase agency quoting, binding, and engagement.
• Lead monthly Partnership Business Reviews (PBRs) and present insights.
• Develop proactive campaigns to drive partner adoption (email, text, in-app).
• Promote assigned carriers internally through trainings and visibility pushes.
• Work with Account Managers to identify high-potential agencies and boost placement.
• Analyze quote/bind trends to uncover opportunities for premium lift.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Marketing on partner needs and workflow improvements.
• Support partner expansions, new product rollouts, and incentive initiatives.
• Maintain strong partner satisfaction and uphold First Connect’s best-in-class partnership experience.

The Role:

We’re hiring a Strategic Partnership Manager to own and grow key carrier and MGA relationships at First Connect. This role is directly responsible for driving new business premium across our agency base by strengthening partnerships, improving adoption, and enhancing the overall partner experience.

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years in the insurance industry (carrier, MGA, insurtech, distribution, or agency experience)
• Experience in national accounts, key account management, or partnership management strongly preferred

The base pay range for the role is$110,000 – $140,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, location, business needs, and market demands.
