First Connect Insurance Services is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to own and grow key carrier and MGA relationships, driving new business premium across the agency base. You will strengthen partnerships, improve adoption, and enhance the partner experience in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll lead campaigns, trainings, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, and Marketing to deliver impactful results and maintain top-tier partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the insurance industry (carrier, MGA, insurtech, distribution, or agency).
• Experience in national accounts, key account management, or partnership management preferred.
• Thrives in a startup-paced environment with shifting priorities and high output.
• Confident on camera and able to lead Zoom meetings daily.
• Excellent communicator with relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Creative problem-solver who builds processes and brings new ideas forward.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of carrier and MGA partnerships.
• Build and execute strategies that increase agency quoting, binding, and engagement.
• Lead monthly Partnership Business Reviews (PBRs) and present performance insights.
• Develop proactive campaigns to drive partner adoption.
• Promote assigned carriers through trainings and visibility pushes.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to boost placement and analyze trends.
