Job summary

USA Hockey is seeking a Manager, Partnership Activation to oversee day-to-day relationships with corporate and licensing partners and maximize sponsorship performance. The role reports to the Director of Partnership Sales and is based at the USA Hockey National Office in Colorado Springs, CO.

You will collaborate with internal teams to execute partnerships, listen to client needs, and adjust programs across the relationship lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years' experience in agency, media, or partnership management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day needs of corporate and licensing accounts with second-to-none client service.
• Identify opportunities to maximize partner value and adjust agreements as needed.
• Monitor program effectiveness against partner objectives and KPIs.
• Create and deliver polished partnership recaps for clients.
• Develop in-market/retail promotions to add value for clients.
• Maintain partner deliverables and key contract items.
• Assist in department duties and maintain a positive attitude with partners and staff.
