Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 4–6 years in business development, partnership innovation, or commercial strategy roles.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Attention to detail with ability to connect micro details to macro vision.
  • General knowledge of soccer and ability to translate insights into strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand partnerships’ marketing objectives; present platforms and ideas.
  • Project manage end-to-end sales process from discovery to proposal to contract.
  • Collaborate with Strategy design to create sales materials for the process.
  • Secure multi-year partnerships that align with Federation initiatives.
  • Support cross-departmental and external stakeholders for growth and go-to-market plans.
  • Draft and manage partnership proposals, decks, and sales materials.
