Job summary

University of Denver Athletics seeks a Fulfillment Manager to oversee activation, execution, and relationship management for corporate partnerships. You will ensure delivery of digital, social, in-venue, experiential, hospitality, and broadcast assets with precision and creativity.

You will act as the primary contact for a portfolio of partners, driving measurable ROI, renewals, and proactive communication in collaboration with the Partnership Sales team and DU Athletics staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, sport management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sports sponsorship activation, account management, marketing, or event operations.
• Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience are preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end activation of all partnership agreements and deliver contracted assets on time.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for assigned partners with proactive communication and service.
• Develop and execute activation plans aligning partner goals with the DU Athletics brand and community impact.
• Coordinate game-day and event-day activation across channels with internal stakeholders.
• Produce recap reporting with KPIs, ROI, and performance analysis in CRM and PM systems.
• Support renewal readiness and revenue growth with upsell and renewal strategies.
