• Experience retaining and growing complex accounts with measurable value.
• Ability to translate partner objectives into cross-functional initiatives.

• Own end-to-end partner success and retention for a portfolio of strategic partners.
• Act as primary day-to-day relationship owner and advocate for partners.
• Translate partner objectives into actionable cross-functional initiatives across product, data, and finance.
• Produce high-quality weekly updates, MBRS, and QBRs demonstrating value.
• Champion new Metropolis initiatives and drive adoption with partners.
• Identify and close growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Lead resolution of partner escalations with cross-functional teams.
