Job summary

Metropolis is seeking a Director, Partner Success to own a portfolio of strategic partners and act as their trusted advocate across product, data, operations, and finance. Reporting to the VP of Partner Success, you will drive value, retention, and cross-functional initiatives to unlock growth.

You will own the partner relationship, deliver weekly updates, MBRS, and QBRs, and champion new Metropolis offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success, account management, or strategic roles.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership and budgeting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across executive levels.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end partner success and retention for a portfolio of strategic partners.
• Serve as primary relationship owner and advocate across product, data, and finance teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of partners' objectives, budgets, and goals.
• Own the financial performance of the portfolio and meet internal targets.
• Produce high-quality weekly updates, MBRS, and QBRs with demonstrable value.
