Job summary

Datadog is seeking a highly experienced Partner Solution Architect to drive joint success with our partner ecosystem. You will align partner initiatives with Datadog’s product roadmap and educate partner teams on platform adoption, value demonstration, and best practices.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with internal product, engineering, and services groups to ensure customer outcomes and successful partner engagements across cloud, observability, and DevOps initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in a customer or partner facing technical role.
• Ability to articulate Datadog value from data center to executive level.
• Hands-on experience in two or more of Observability, Public Cloud, Containers, or CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources.
• Participate in joint business planning and reviews.
• Support partner initiatives with demos and proofs of value; enablement workshops.
