Job summary

Datadog is looking for a Senior Partner Solution Architect to work with our Director of Partner Solutions Architects and align with Channels & Alliances. You’ll enable partner technical resources, co-plan with partner teams, and drive satisfaction through demonstrations, value proofs, and adoption of Datadog features.

Qualifications

• Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations.
• Track record and passion for learning in a customer/partner facing role.
• 10–15 years of experience in a technical partner-facing role.
• Self-starter with business acumen and ability to articulate value from server room to boardroom.
• Confident presentation skills and ability to communicate complex topics.
• Experience in multiple areas: observability, cloud, containerization, scripting, config mgmt, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources.
• Participate in joint business planning with Partner technical teams.
• Collaborate to support partner initiatives like demonstrations and proofs of value.
• Lead partner enablement workshops and lead practice development.
• Advise on lead practices and advocate for partner concerns with internal teams.
• Analyze partner offerings and recommend value enhancements through Datadog features.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services to prioritize features.
• Evolve lead/best practices for platform adoption and success.
