Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Partner Solution Architect (PSA) to work with our Director of Adoption Services and the Channels & Alliances team. You will drive partner onboarding, training, and enablement, and act as a trusted technical advisor to ensure successful cloud migration and modernization efforts.

You will advocate for partners, coordinate with Datadog product, engineering, and services teams, and lead initiatives that improve partner-led deployments and value realization across the Datadog

Qualifications

• Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations.
• Demonstrable track-record and passion for learning.
• Current EU resident; able to collaborate with Datadog and Partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources.
• Participate in joint business planning with Partner technical teams.
• Support Partner initiatives like demos and proofs of value; run enablement workshops.
• Advocate for Partners’ technical needs with internal Datadog teams.
• Analyze Partner services and suggest adoption of Datadog features.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Technical Services to prioritize features.
• Evolve lead/best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success.
