Job summary

Vestwell is seeking a Senior Associate, Relationship Manager to support our partners and drive value for 529 and CSA programs. You will operate as an independent contributor, partner with internal teams, and act as a trusted liaison for both clients and Vestwell.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in delivering value to 529 and CSA partners.
• Partner cross-functionally with Middle Office, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to implement strategies.
• Communicate effectively across teams and with partners via written communication, phone, videoconference, and in person.
• Own the response to escalated partner issues and resolve concerns with urgency.
