Job summary

Vestwell Government Savings (VGS), a Vestwell Holdings unit, seeks a Senior Associate, Relationship Manager to support 529 and CSA partners. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact, manage escalated client issues, and work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Finance, Legal and Compliance.

Based in Austin or other Vestwell offices, this hybrid role offers a base salary of $70,000–$80,000 with bonus eligibility and new hire equity.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience including client service.
• Strong time management skills to handle high volume inquiries and proactive communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop partner relationship plans and monitor progress with Vestwell teams.
• Handle complaints and troubleshoot problems with discretion and good judgment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Middle Office, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal and Compliance to meet partner objectives.
• Communicate effectively across teams and with partners via email, phone, video, and in-person when needed.
• Support partner reporting requirements with accuracy and timeliness.
• Escalate and resolve partner issues with urgency and professionalism.
