Job summary

Vestwell is seeking a Senior Associate, Relationship Manager to support our partners and drive value for 529 and CSA programs. You will operate as an independent contributor, partner with internal teams, and act as a trusted liaison for both clients and Vestwell.

Job description

• As a Senior Associate, Relationship Manager, you will operate as a strategic, independent contributor responsible for supporting the team in delivering value to 529 and CSA partners
• You will partner cross-functionally and act as a trusted point of contact for both internal stakeholders and partners
• Develop partner relationship plans, monitor progress, and actively participate in status meetings, while collaborating with various teams within Vestwell to execute
• Use independent discretion and good judgment to handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions independently
• Partner cross-functionally with Middle Office, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to implement strategies and tactics designed to achieve partner objectives
• Communicate effectively across teams and with partners via written communication, phone, videoconference, and occasionally in person
• Assist in meeting all partner reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
• Exercises discretion to gather, analyze, and evaluate information to solve problems using reasoned judgment and expertise
• Own the response to escalated partner issues, independently assessing situations, orchestrating internal resources, and resolving concerns with urgency and professionalism
• Act as a proactive collaborator within the team and across departments, supporting seamless partner experiences
• Understanding the applicability of regulatory requirements to resolve governance issues and support partner success
• Exercise independent judgment in recommending solutions and improvements to processes, workflows, and partner engagement strategies
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of communications, project status, and issue resolution for accountability and audit readiness
