Job summary

Vestwell Government Savings (VGS) is seeking a Senior Associate, Relationship Manager to support 529 and CSA partners. You will serve as trusted contact, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure delivery of partner objectives in a hybrid office setup across NYC, Austin, King of Prussia, or Scottsdale.

Ideal candidate has 1–3 years of client service experience, excellent communication, and strong problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

1–3 years of client service experience.
Strong time management to handle high volume inquiries.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Commitment to superior customer service.
Ability to multitask in a hybrid office setting.

Responsibilities

Develop partner relationship plans and monitor progress with Vestwell teams.
Handle complaints and troubleshoot problems with independent judgment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Middle Office, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
Communicate with partners via written, phone, videoconference, and in person.
Meet all partner reporting requirements with accurate, timely delivery.
Respond to escalated partner issues with urgency and professionalism.
Document communications, project status, and issue resolutions for accountability.
Ensure governance requirements are understood to support partner success.
Suggest improvements to processes and partner engagement strategies.
Act as proactive collaborator within team and across departments.
