Job summary

Vestwell is hiring a Senior Associate, Relationship Management to support 529 education savings and CSA partnerships. The role requires client-focused communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with cross-functional collaboration across Middle Office, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal and Compliance.

Based in a hybrid office model, the position offers a base salary range of $70K–$80K, eligibility for a company bonus pool, and potential new hire equity.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of client service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop partner relationship plans, monitor progress, and participate in status meetings with Vestwell teams.
• Handle complaints and troubleshoot problems with independent judgment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Middle Office, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal and Compliance.
• Communicate across teams and with partners via written, phone, videoconference, and in-person channels.
• Assist in meeting all partner reporting requirements with accuracy and timeliness.
• Gather, analyze, and evaluate information to solve problems using reasoned judgment.
• Own responses to escalated partner issues and coordinate internal resources with urgency.
• Collaborate within the team and across departments for seamless partner experiences.
• Understand regulatory applicability to resolve governance issues and support partner success.
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to enhanced workflows.
• Maintain clear documentation of communications, status, and issue resolutions.
