Job summary

Vestwell Government Savings seeks a Relationship Manager Senior Associate to support 529 and CSA partner programs. You will operate as a strategic, independent contributor, addressing partner needs with sound judgment and cross-functional collaboration.

Based in NYC, Austin, King of Prussia, or Scottsdale, this hybrid role offers a base salary of $70,000-$80,000 plus bonus and equity eligibility. You will manage escalated issues, maintain documentation, and drive partner success with proactive

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of client service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop partner relationship plans and monitor progress with Vestwell teams.
• Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions independently.
• Partner cross-functionally with Middle Office, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal and Compliance to meet partner objectives.
• Communicate effectively across teams and with partners via written, phone, video, and in-person channels.
• Assist in meeting all partner reporting requirements with accurate, timely delivery.
• Exercise discretion to gather, analyze, and evaluate information to solve problems with sound judgment.
• Own responses to escalated partner issues, coordinating internal resources to resolve concerns promptly.
• Collaborate proactively within the team and across departments to ensure seamless partner experiences.
• Understand regulatory applicability to resolve governance issues and support partner success.
• Recommend improvements to processes, workflows, and partner engagement strategies.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of communications, project status, and issue resolution.
