Job summary

Vestwell is seeking a Senior Associate, Relationship Manager to support 529 and CSA partners. You will act as a trusted contact, manage escalations, and coordinate across Middle Office, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal and Compliance to achieve partner objectives.

Hybrid in-office roles include offices in New York, Austin, King of Prussia, and Scottsdale; remote work possible for exceptional candidates. The base salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000, with eligibility for a company bonus pool

Qualifications

1-3 years of client service experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Proactive and customer-focused mindset.
Analytical thinking with good prioritization.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams.
Professionalism in handling escalated client issues.

Responsibilities

Develop partner relationship plans and monitor progress with Vestwell teams.
Independently troubleshoot problems and implement solutions.
Collaborate with Middle Office, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal and Compliance.
Communicate effectively with partners via written and verbal channels.
Assist in meeting all partner reporting requirements with accuracy.
Gather and analyze information to solve problems with sound judgment.
Own responses to escalated partner issues and coordinate internal resources.
Support seamless partner experiences across departments.
