Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the WWPS Global Nonprofit and Social Good Technology organization. You will help coordinate partner engagement, drive data management and dashboards, and assist with billing processes and financial analysis.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and attention to detail to enable informed decision making and program improvements across the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience.
• Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools, CRM systems, and complex spreadsheets.
• 3+ years of Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with the partner teams, sales leaders and account executives to ensure timely and accurate tracking of customer needs and partner engagement.
• Support all aspects of data management, dashboard creation, tracking and reporting on any partner related metrics and KPI’s across the business.
• Work with contracts and the PMO to ensure funding programs and financials are in line with customer requirements and AWS guidelines.
• Support all aspects of billing and invoicing and respond to billing-related questions.
• Extract raw usage and financial data from business databases and data warehouse.
• Perform analytics to produce meaningful reports that enable decision making.
• Create methods for automating financial and performance reporting and data analysis to enhance efficiency.
• Consult with managers to ensure that adjustments are made in accordance with program changes.
