Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience turning design concepts into deployed solutions.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Windows OS.
• Experience with power management and monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee cross-functional programs to ensure delivery.
• Set objectives for programs and use data analytics to drive improvements.
• Resolve ambiguities in business scenarios with creative problem solving.
• Foster collaboration to optimize resources and project success.
• Bridge gaps in team dynamics, processes, and systems.
• Identify and mitigate risks to prevent major issues.
• Communicate with managers and stakeholders on status and impacts.
• Develop and oversee KPI reporting for program portfolio.
