Phreesia, Inc. is seeking a Lead Strategist to shape patient engagement strategy across Phreesia’s platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop solutions that improve patient outcomes while driving client growth.

The role emphasizes strategic consulting, research, and innovation, with a focus on Established-vertical pharmaceutical partnerships and multi-year account planning. Remote work within the US/Canada regions is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MPH/MPP or another relevant graduate degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in creative strategy, content strategy, content development, population health, health education, health behavior, digital health technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic client partnerships and strengthen relationships with Established-vertical pharmaceutical partners.
• Drive long-term account strategy with multi-year plans for client objectives and growth.
• Champion patient engagement thought leadership and define best practices for engagement at the point of care.
