Zusammenfassung

Prescient Healthcare Group seeks an Engagement Manager to lead day-to-day competitive strategy engagements, coach Analysts and Consultants, and act as a primary client contact. You will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Prescient’s high standards.

You will work with US-based clients, applying therapeutic area knowledge and a strong strategic lens to advise on product strategy, development pathways and competitive landscapes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in biopharma client services and consulting is required; CI experience is preferred.
• Strong results orientation with a proven track record in managing day-to-day project execution and delivering outputs.
• Ability to identify business development opportunities and support proposals.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.

• Lead day-to-day management of competitive strategy engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timelines.
• Structure workstreams, guide junior team members, and maintain momentum.
• Build credibility with clients by understanding contexts and delivering actionable insights.
• Develop and deepen client relationships to drive account expansion.
