Job summary

Xometry is seeking a strategic Partner Network Manager to lead and grow a high-performing partner ecosystem in the United States. You will coach suppliers, develop certification programs, and drive improvements in quality, delivery, and customer outcomes.

The role requires travel 20-25% and strong cross-functional collaboration across operations, quality, and marketing. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in supply chain or manufacturing leadership, excels at data analysis, and can design impactful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years as a lead in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Experience with manufacturing, machining, or related environments.
• Strong data analysis with ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience in training and mentoring others is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Proficiency with common business apps (presentation, documents, PM tools).

Responsibilities

• Optimize partner performance by analyzing data and enforcing standards.
• Identify gaps and develop strategies to improve partner outcomes.
• Create and implement partner certification programs.
• Manage Partner Outsourcing Group eligibility and quality.
• Develop tailored training and coaching programs.
• Handle operational escalations to ensure partner satisfaction.
• Lead efforts to reduce partner churn and grow the network.
• Serve as ITAR conversion leader and conduct on-site assessments.
