Xometry is seeking a strategic Partner Network Manager to lead and optimize a high-performing partner network. You will analyze data, coach suppliers, and develop certification programs to ensure quality and reliable outcomes for customers across manufacturing ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years in supply chain or manufacturing leadership.
• Experience in training and mentoring teams.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize partner performance by analyzing data and enforcing quality standards.
• Identify training gaps and develop improvement strategies.
• Create and implement partner certification programs for quality benchmarks.
• Manage the Partner Outsourcing Group: eligibility, vetting, and promotion/demotion.
• Develop tailored training and coaching to elevate partner capabilities.
• Handle operational escalations to maintain partner satisfaction.
• Lead initiatives to reduce partner churn and strengthen the network.
• Serve as ITAR conversion leader.
• Conduct on-site assessments to establish best practices and promote Xometry Certified partners.
• Maintain training records and standardize training materials.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive partner acquisition campaigns.
