Xometry is seeking a strategic Partner Network Manager to lead our partner network initiatives and drive performance across a global supplier base. You will optimize supplier quality and training, while developing certification programs to ensure consistent outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 8+ years leading supply chain or manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive improvements.
• Track record of identifying knowledge gaps and delivering training.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs.

Responsibilities

• Optimize partner performance by analyzing data to improve supplier performance.
• Identify performance/training gaps and develop improvement strategies.
• Create and implement partner certification programs establishing quality benchmarks.
• Manage the Partner Outsourcing Group program including eligibility and promotion/demotion.
• Develop tailored training and coaching programs to elevate partner capabilities.
• Manage operational escalations to ensure partner satisfaction.
• Lead initiatives to reduce partner churn and maintain a robust network.
• Serve as ITAR conversion leader.
• Conduct on-site assessments to promote Xometry Certified partners.
• Maintain training records and standardize materials.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive partner acquisition campaigns.
