Job summary

TCP Software is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to drive growth through strategic ecosystem partnerships. You will develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, manage co-marketing campaigns, and build awareness and demand within partner ecosystems.

Working with Partner Managers, Sales, and Marketing, this role turns partnerships into a scalable demand-generation engine and aligns marketing initiatives with product strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or technology partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in running co-marketing or channel marketing programs with enterprise partners.
• Strong skills in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) and tracking attribution.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop annual and quarterly joint GTM plans with Partner Managers and partner stakeholders.
• Define target segments, joint value propositions, messaging, and use cases for each partnership.
• Ensure alignment of partner GTM plans with overall marketing, sales, and product strategies.
