Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a high-impact Partner Marketing Manager to drive growth across our Americas channel ecosystem, spanning resellers and VARs. You will serve as the GTM engine for partner-led growth, accelerating pipeline through co-marketing, field activations and scalable partner enablement.

You will work with high-growth partners to expand Proofpoint’s reach, strengthen brand presence and amplify sales momentum across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partner marketing or channel marketing.
• Experience with co-marketing programs and demand generation.
• Ability to align Sales, Channel and Marketing teams.
• Strong relationship building with partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national channel marketing plans with strategic partners.
• Build relationships with partner marketing teams to drive pipeline.
• Activate Partner Development Funds strategically and ensure ROI.
• Collaborate with channel sales to align programs with priorities.
• Participate in forecast calls, QBRs and pipeline reviews.
• Coordinate with product marketing on partner messaging.
• Create enablement assets and content for partners.
• Define, track and report KPIs for partner outcomes.
