Job summary

Proofpoint, a global leader in cybersecurity, seeks a high-impact Partner Marketing Manager to drive growth across our Americas channel ecosystem. You will spearhead co-marketing programs with resellers and VARs, accelerate pipeline, and enable partners with scalable marketing assets.

You’ll partner with Sales, Channel, and Marketing to align programs with strategic priorities, maximize ROI, and expand Proofpoint’s reach across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a Partner marketing role (channels, resellers, tech ISV, SI partnerships).
• Experience in marketing Technology and SaaS businesses is a plus.
• Ability to bring multiple teams together to drive co-marketing campaigns.
• Creative thinking with a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, able to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national channel marketing plans with strategic partners across enterprise, commercial, and SMB segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and their marketing teams to drive pipeline via co-sell campaigns.
• Activate Partner Development Funds strategically, maximize ROI and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with channel sales teams to align programs with co-sell priorities and territory plans.
• Participate in forecast calls, QBRs, and pipeline reviews as a marketing owner.
• Collaborate with product marketing to ensure messaging reflects partner narrative and buyer problems.
• Develop content and enablement assets for partners built around their selling motion.
• Define, track, and report KPIs aligned to partner sales outcomes, including pipeline and campaign performance.
