Job summary

Justworks seeks a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead alliances and integrations, placing marketing at the center of partner deals and cross‑functional delivery. You’ll design scalable programs, drive data‑driven decisions, and translate strategy into execution.

You’ll partner with product, partnerships, and sales to align roadmaps, campaigns, and GTM plans, helping to attract developers and technology partners to our platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B/SaaS environments with alliance/partner marketing.
• Ability to translate strategy into measurable programs and campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management across Alliances, Integrations, Marketing, and Sales.
• Go-to-market planning, asset creation, campaign execution, and measurement.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead Alliances marketing in two core areas: partnerships and co-branding.
• Represent marketing in partner deals, ensure brand and contract alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery when deals close.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract tech partners and developers.
• Manage co-marketing programs and assets for partnerships.
• Collaborate with product, partnerships, and sales on roadmap priorities.
