MongoDB Inc. seeks a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead co-marketing with ISV/AI/Tech partners, accelerating adoption of MongoDB as the default data layer.

You will plan end-to-end initiatives with Field Marketing, Sales, Events, and Product, and manage partner content, assets, and budgets.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of B2B enterprise software marketing, strong storytelling, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing and partner marketing in enterprise software/B2B SaaS.
• Experience with developer and partner marketing is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and events simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated partner co-marketing initiatives.
• Oversee development of joint digital content: web assets, blogs, whitepapers, case studies.
• Liaise between ISV/AI/Tech partners and internal teams (Industry & Solutions, Field Marketing, Events, Product).
• Own partner marketing planning and project management to bring initiatives to market.
• Manage in-person joint events with Field Marketing and Events, including materials and on-site support.
• Oversee partner marketing budget.
