Qualifications

• Background in search, AI, productivity, or enterprise SaaS is required.
• Proven experience recruiting, activating, and growing partners (SI/VAR or similar).
• Ability to design and execute joint GTM plans and partner-led revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive and working-level partner relationships across key partnerships and Glean teams.
• Educate and coach sales teams on scaling revenue with the Partner Ecosystem.
• Define co-selling and co-delivery motions aligned with field priorities and scalable with partners.
