Job summary

Glean is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to be the technical expert for strategic partners and their delivery teams. You will design, deploy, and scale Glean solutions, lead hands-on enablement, and help partners build repeatable service offerings.

You will collaborate with partner architects, delivery teams, and product groups to establish durable Glean services, contributing to an enterprise-ready partner ecosystem and scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in a technical partner-facing role (e.g., partner engineer, solutions architect, or consultant).
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM/agent-based systems in production.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, auth patterns, and cloud services.
• Strong ability to lead technical workshops and enablement sessions.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel 25%–50%.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical success of partners across onboarding, enablement, and scaled delivery.
• Lead hands-on trainings, deep dives, and co-build sessions for partner engineers and architects.
• Help partners create repeatable service offerings and reference architectures on top of Glean.
• Develop partner technical maturity for independent Glean implementations.
• Identify capability gaps and work with product/engineering to close them.
