Job summary

Glean is seeking a Private Equity Partnerships Manager to build and scale our ecosystem with leading PE firms. You will own relationships with top sponsors and drive adoption of Glean across their portfolios, sitting at the intersection of PE, AI, and enterprise transformation.

You’ll structure and manage portfolio-wide commercial frameworks, oversee deployment across PortCos, and ensure Glean delivers measurable EBITDA and enterprise value impact for PE-backed businesses.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in enterprise SaaS partnerships or PE-backed roles.
• Proven track record driving pipeline and revenue with PE sponsors.
• Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive PE partnership strategy and deal management across portfolio companies.
• Own relationships with top PE sponsors and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product and CS.
• Structure portfolio-wide pricing and commercial frameworks with legal and RevOps.
• Track deployment metrics and report EBITDA impact to sponsors and management.
• Develop enablement assets and run workshops to drive PE adoption.
