Harris Computer is seeking a Partner Development Manager to grow and scale our North American partner ecosystem, accelerating market reach and revenue growth. This remote NA role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to build a scalable partner program.

The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and growing high-value partners across the United States and Canada, aiming to maximize partner-generated business impact and drive ecosystem-led growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Partner Development, Channel Sales, Alliances, Business Development, or Ecosystem Growth.
• Proven success recruiting and developing strategic partners.
• Experience building partner programs, onboarding frameworks, or enablement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, enable, and grow high-value partners across the United States and Canada.
• Develop and expand a strategic partner ecosystem across North America.
• Create and maintain a partner recruitment pipeline and programs.
