Job summary

Porsche Consulting is seeking an exceptional leader to drive CP&R engagements in the United States, acquiring and overseeing client projects, and coordinating knowledge management and marketing for the CP&R practice. The Partner will identify opportunities, lead business development efforts, and support executive delivery activities.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in consultancy/industry, 5 years with CP&R, 2 years in business development, strong strategic and implementation

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years total experience in consultancy and industrial corporations.
• 5 years of CP&R initiatives experience.
• 2 years of business development experience.
• Strong business acumen and consultative expertise.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Spanish, French and/or German language fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identifies project opportunities at various target clients, platforms, enablers, or partners.
• Leads project acquisitions by developing, presenting, negotiating and closing proposals.
• Serves as primary contact for client executives.
• Leads the problem solving and change management work streams during client engagements.
• Manages client and Porsche Consulting project team members.
• Reviews and approves project delivery documents prior to presentations.
• Leads collection, analysis, and interpretation of client and industry information.
• Provides content for press articles and marketing materials for CP&R.
• Speaks/represents Porsche Consulting at conferences as a subject matter expert.
