Qualifications

• 10+ years total professional experience in consultancy and industrial corporations.
• 5 years of CP&R initiatives experience.
• 2 years of business development experience.
• Strong business acumen and consultative expertise.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and oversee consulting engagements for new and existing clients.
• Identify project opportunities and lead business development efforts.
• Provide executive support for delivery activities and manage knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate marketing activities for the CP&R practice.
• Lead client executives and drive change management throughout engagements.
• Mentor Porsche Consulting team members and contribute to content creation.
